My Taco soup was for dinner tonight simple easy and OH SO YUMMY on a cold rainy night!


Ingredients:

Black Beans

Northern White Beans

Pinto Beans

(all can be substituted for you favorite beans.)

1 can of petite tomatoes

1 can of sweet corn

Throw all of the above ingredients in a pot

add 2 cups of water

about 6 table spoons of taco seasoning (but I season to my family's taste)

add 1 pound of cooked or frozen ground beef (depends on how fast you want to cook this will determine cooked vrs frozen.

bring to a med. simmer and let cook till beans are soft or meat is fully cooked.

Garnish with cilantro and cheese.
